There’™s been a lot of speculation through the years regarding the identity of ‘œDeep Throat’, the anonymous source who led two young WaPo reporters to the story of Watergate. Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein had long maintained that they would not reveal the identity until the source died – but today, Vanity Fair reports that Mark Felt, who was second-in-command at the FBI during the Nixon administration, has come forward.
