1. All Spin Zone gladly accepts trackbacks to our articles from your blog.

2. Due to the proliferation of trackback and comment spam, we manually approve almost all trackbacks, ergo, your trackback to ASZ most likely will not show up immediately. The cyberworld has more than enough penis enlargement ads as it is, and we don’t need them stealing our bandwidth, clogging our database, or annoying our readers.

3. If the trackbacked posting on your blog does not link back to ASZ, it will not be approved. We think that’s fair. The concept of trackback is that it’s a “closed loop” system linking two blogs, not an open ended blogwhoring opportunity.

4. Comments - we love comments! However, if you’re commenting on an article that’s archived (ie. it’s not showing up on the main page), be aware that your comment won’t show up right away. We manually approve comments to older articles rather than allowing the comment to be automagically posted. See the “penis enlargement” clause in (2) above.

5. ASZ records IP addresses of all visitors. Our site logs also retain other data about users, and we use a variation of the TypePad spam filter. Normally, this data is just aggregated to give us “big picture” stats, but the bottom line is: it doesn’t take a whole lot of CSI work to track down comment or trackback offenders. In deference to our valued readers, we have a very low tolerance for bullshit. Intelligent dissent is encouraged, and ad hominem attacks have no place in intelligent discourse. Pure stupidity gets banned.
