Hearings on Feingolds’™ resolution to Censure Bush for illegally allowing the NSA to spy on Americans were held this morning. (I’™ve been extremely busy, so haven’™t had the time to update this blog with more information, and haven’™t had time to actually see the hearings myself.) The BradBlog has the opening statements of Patrick Leahy and Russ Feingold. Fire Dog Lake was live blogging the hearing, they broke it down into three parts. Pt. 1, Pt. 2 and Pt. 3.

C-span is planning on reairing this hearing tonight at 8:50 pm ET. I’™m going to try and catch it then.

Update: Adding John Dean’™s statement/testimony to the censure hearing. Courtesy of RawStory.
