This whole tempest in a teapot about Nancy Pelosi traveling to Syria and meeting with President Bashar Al-Assad is getting out of hand - particularly since her trip was bookended by GOP congressional representatives meeting with Syrian officials. So, this is short, and not as prominent as Atrios’ plea, but please go to Media Matters and, if you’re so moved, join the chorus in calling for an end to the CNN-generated hit job against Pelosi.
Update, 4/6/07: The Wall Street Journal jumps into the fray by allowing ubercon law professor Robert F. Turner to opine that Pelosi should be charged with a felony under the Logan Act.
