Censure John Boehner
How can any American leader - GOP or Dem - accuse other other American leaders - GOP or Dem - of being “deeply invested in failure” in Iraq? John Boehner should be censured.
At this point in history, there is very little that any GOP toady can say that pushes me over the edge.
House minority leader John Boehner (R-Baghdad) did it this morning:
“The fact that Democratic leaders continue to push for precipitous withdrawal despite the significant progress our troops are making shows just how deeply invested they are in failure,” said House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio.
Boehner’s incendiary remarks were in response to Nancy Pelosi’s reasonable remarks in response to John Warner’s accurate remarks regarding the necessity of some troops withdrawals from Iraq prior to the end of 2007.
I’m too steamed for more words at the moment. So, go read Booman’s. Boehner needs to either apologize to America, or face House censure for his unwarranted and over-the-top statement.
